Comment: It's a good combination of vitamins minerals, just about what I wanted. The capsules are a bit big, but not horse size. The Vitamin D content is up to the new RDA.

Comment: These seem to work nicely at helping lower my stress level and calm me during the day. I don't seem to get so worked up and can shrug things off a bit.I would recommend this product if things are getting to be too much for you.
