Comment: I bought this for my fiance who gets very hot at night and he loves it. It isn't a substitute for AC, but it is definitely cold. It takes a little bit of time to set up (you have to fill it with water then wait 4 hours to start getting air out) but it's worth it.

Summary: Chillow does NOT deliver on its promise!
Comment: Bought the chillow for my hubby who sweats all night long even with the fan and AC going.

It was a pain in the butt to fill the first time and we had water leakage everywhere when trying to get out the air bubbles despite letting it sit for a full 4 hours as recommended.

He finally started using it to dismal results. It is cool at first but then fades away unless you constantly keep moving it around. (same thing you can do with a regular pillow when you're trying to find a cool spot)

Problem with moving it is that it weighs approx 3-5lbs and slides all over the place in the pillow sack! The product also smells like rubber...yuck! Not pleasant.

I would NOT recommend this to a friend and if I was not so stubborn, I wouldv'e listened to the negative comments before I purchased it and saved my money.

I took a chance and regret it. Don;t be foolish like I was. Don;t bother with the Chillow.

PS- Sorry OPRAH, this is NOT a "favorite thing".

Comment: This item is great, especially for someone with MS. I have had 2 questions and have called the company and wonderful. Great. I am going to get another as a space, but was told by company, I really only needed a vinal patch kit. I have not had to have anything yet.

Summary: Welcome Relief!
Comment: I accidently found this product as I was surfing for things to help relieve the lack of sleep from hot flashes. I came across the ad for the Chillow and it made sense. I am a chemistry teacher and the concept was sound chemistry. So far I am very pleased. It doesn't totally eliminate them but it sure brings a lot of relief, especially in the first few hours of sleep. I really recommend this product and for the price it was well worth it.

Comment: In the summer we travel a lot with our two small dogs. When we must leave the in the truck to go into a gas station or to eat.I was worried sick that they would be too hot or that passerbys wuld think I was a horrible
pet owner! I found that putting these pillows in the rear of their dog carriers worked GREAT! Keeps them comfy and oh so cool!
