Summary: go easy....dont need many!
Comment: i took 2 of these about an hour before my workout (with a small meal) and i was so jacked up that i had recurring goosebumps for about 8 hours after that. hot/cold flashes, nausea, etc.. i only felt better if i kept eating and eating and eating. if i take one of them with food im ok. i havent taken anything that gave me more energy and the "burning" feeling is pretty cool. hot rox is very underrated and underestimated. overall....i like em! just go easy.
