Summary: Very Good Product
Comment: I usually take one pill per day, before exercising, and it really boosts my stamina. It gives me a lot of energy right away, and since I only take one pill, I have no trouble sleeping (even when I take Lipo6 at night).
In rare occasions (day-long hikes or bike rides) I had two caplets on the same day, and the result was great too.
This product makes me sweat a lot, because of the metabolism acceleration, so I constantly drink water to compensate.
I believe it's best to try one capsule a day at first, and see how your body responds, and then increase if necessary. For me, one capsule is good enough.

Summary: The Best Pill I have ever used!
Comment: This pill is just incredible! I have never had so much energy in my entire life! I have read all the negative reviews and I must disagree with a majority of them. I have taken these pills for 4 weeks and the only side effect I have come across is the extra hunger (this works great since I eat small portioned meals anyway).
I have never experienced such a rapid loss in inches on my body since I have been taking these. I am about 1/2 the size I was in inches. I have lost 10 lbs and I have not exercised very much.
These pills are not for everyone, I do not recommend them to people who have never used weight loss pills before or have any major health conditions. Certainly the best I have ever used in my whole life (I have used so many different kinds I have lost count)and I will certainly be purchasing more of these in the future.***** 5 Stars all the way! *****
