Summary: Great Price, Great Product
Comment: Hydroxycut will not magically take off the pounds but it does give you a boost if you are serious about loosing weight. I use these along with exercise and an extremely healthy diet when I want to get in shape. I take these only when I need added energy to get through the day and to increase my stamina when I run or work out. I would not take as many as the bottle says to. (I think it says to take up to 6 a day!) I have only ever went up to 3 a day. They might cause headaches if you just stop taking them so you will need to slowly come off them by doing less and less every couple of days until you are down to 1 a day and do not get headaches. I have noticed I can run longer and work out harder if I take 1-2 about 25 mins before my exercise. I would not recommend these for people who get shaky easily or cannot handle high amounts of caffeine. Great product if you can handle them and deal with the headaches.
