Comment: Excellent product - but do not take it too early in the evening - otherwise you will be hungry by 11:00 at night so not recommended for early eaters that are also night-owls.. eat dinner a little later if possible..

Comment: I have been using this product for 3 months. It does great for curbing my appetite. It doesn't have any stimulates so I can use it anytime of day. I would reccommend this product. It's even better than Hoodia.
