Comment: While the gel was shipped to me promptly, and is easy to use, I haven't really seen any results yet - granted, I haven't been using it strictly twice a day, so that could be the reason. The directions say to apply morning and night to clean dry skin after shaving - does that mean they want me to shave twice a day?

Comment: I really wanted to like this product because of the previous reviews i'd read. Unfortunately, I wouldn't exactly recommend it to people with razor bumps. I think the product is mainly marketing hype. I do like the scent of the gel but if you are looking for a product that will show results I can't say this is it. At the very best it works a little bit but thats not saying much

Summary: Miracle Bottle
Comment: This product worked great! Unfortunately, its kind of on the expensive side... However, its the only thing that got rid of my razor bumps and fortunately in about a week! I'm pretty sure that If I used it twice a day, it would have took less time, but I only used it once a day in the mornings.
The glass is very fragile sounding so be very careful if storing this above a hard surface or on it because one fall and it is over!
Oh and its pressurized and it gets empty from the bottom up. As the product is used, the bottom "tab" gets sucked to the top so don't worry, you will be getting EVERY last drop out of it.
Finally, it smells really good and I have recieved various compliments on the way it smells like an expensive cologne. Its not a stong smell that stands out, but its subtle enough to have a smell when up close.

Summary: Works to some extent but not a miracle yet
Comment: I have battled ingrowns and razor bumps for 25+ years on my neck. I have used blades and electrics, tried antibiotics, creams, you name it. So far nothing has really worked with any noticeable benefits. I tried this figuring maybe something new has come out. Well I am about 2 1/2 weeks into it now and there is SOME improvement. So far it has helped, but maybe only 50% or so reduction. The hair still grows over on a curve, so maybe I need more time. It doesn't burn and has a pleasant frag. It seems to keep my neck well hydrated. But generally, at least not yet, my neck still has numerous red bumps and some ingrowns. I hope it helps further after longer use, but for now it is better, but not fantastic.

Summary: Awesome Product, Great Customer Service, Very Happy!!!
Comment: I am really happy with this product. It arrived before expected and works really well. I waxed my bikini area and got several very bad ingrown hairs. I've been using the serum for about a week and can see a significant difference. Some reviews say the product didn't work as great as expected; I suggest they be more liberal with the application. I noticed results after 3 or 4 days of use, but when I applied more (2 pumps instead of 1) I saw even better results. The product is a little costly, but for small areas like face and bikini it will last a while. Definitely highly recommend. I've already told several friends about it. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and service.
