Summary: Love this pillow!
Comment: I bought this pillow to replace my old one and am very please with this brand. I have cervical kyphosis (loss of curve in neck) and this is the only pillow that doesn't cause pain. Made very well but does wear out(flatten) after a year or so.

Summary: Firm and supportive
Comment: After 2-3 months of use, including for 2 weeks of camping, this pillow is still firm and supportive in my case. It's a little floppy if you pick it up and try to have a pillow fight with it, but the channels supporting my neck are still firm. The price is quite reasonable and it has relieved my neck and shoulder pain a great deal. YMMV.

Summary: Back or neck pain? This is for you!
Comment: I have a bad low back, and was given this pillow by a doctor after I was in unrelated car accident and sustained a neck temporary neck injury. This pillow was hard to get use to the first night, but give it a chance. What an improvement, my neck is healed, but what a lucky find to improve my back. (Disc rupture). I lost my old pillow recently on a trip, so buying a replacement.

Summary: Hugely Disappointing Pillow
Comment: I bought this pillow a month ago and was initially impressed with its firmness and neck support. After about two weeks use, it became much less firm and much more floppy. After a month, the stitching on the side of the pillow came loose and its contents started to spill out. I am hugely disappointed with the quality of this pillow and cannot recommend it to anyone.
