Summary: It works some of the time!
Comment: Several months ago I ordered products from another website. With my order I received a 4 dose sample of
Rescue Remedy Sleep. I was extremely skeptical about flower essences and homeopathic remedies in general.
I usually take melatonin, and/or valerian. But, as I have a heck of a time falling asleep and staying asleep, I decided to give Rescue Remedy Sleep a try. I took one dose right before getting into bed and the next thing I knew it was morning! For the next three nights I took the remaining 3 doses and had the same effect each time.
I recently bought the spray and was very dissapointed that night when I used it. I got into bed, took 2 sprays of R.R.S. - and- nothing happened! I had to eventually take 4 more sprays before I felt relaxed and able to sleep. So, I'm skeptical again. Why did the sample work so well and this did not? I'll continue to use it and hope it kicks in.

Comment: This spray works if you let it. Very much NOT like a sleeping pill, and I'm still looking for the 'perfect' natural sleep med. But, it works if you let it, i.e., if you calm your mind it will help you calm your mind.

Summary: I definately fell asleep.
Comment: I highly recommend this product as an all natural sleep aid. The first time I went to use it I was skeptical but after two quick sprays on my tongue I instantly got into a heavily sedated state. One time I had just taken two sprays and I was sitting at the kitchen table and the next thing I knew BAMB ! I almost crashed my head down onto the table and I had to fight hard to get to my bed.

Comment: Don't know if the effect is real or imagined, but the difference is irrelevant. I use this product at bedtime, and usually have a gentle sleep, instead of thrashing about.
