Whenever I sat for a long period of time, I was in a ton of pain when I stood up. My first few steps were always stiff and painful, and I was embarrassed by how I looked trying to straigten up as I left my chair. At night I used to arrange a pillow between my knees to help find a comfortable position. After taking the Collagen + C for a week or so, I felt better. Now after a month I'm like a new person. I've almost forgotten about how uncomfortable I was. I am a 40-something overweight person who can now get more exercise thanks to these wonderful supplements. As an added bonus I have dropped a few pounds and am loving that, too. I haven't had any negative side-effects at all!
