The regular Mucinex does the trick for me. I think those who say it doesn't work don't take it long enough to experience real results. After a couple of days, you feel much better. As a matter of fact, I have the worst sinuses in the world, and after taking Mucinex, I've improved with that, too. It's more costly, but worth it.
