Summary: Definitely worth trying
Comment: I was skeptical about the efficacy of this product, and a little worried to read about some users experiencing burning pain (especially with stronger preparations), but osteoarthritis in C3 motivated me to 'try anything'. Now I use Sombra frequently, and find it at least as effective for me as Flexall, and better than Icy Hot. Compared to taking ibuprofen and naproxyn all day this stuff is a great adjunct. The gel is not too greasy and does not mess up the collars on my shirts when I use it on my neck. The sensation is nice and warm, but I have no burning pain as some others described. It is not a miracle, but is quite helpful. For a ten dollar gamble, it was a good bet for me.

Comment: I love this stuff. Great heat and it lasts a long time. It will also re-heat after a few hours if you get active and maybe sweat a little.
