Comment: When my husband asked me to reorder E-Boost, I knew I had a winner. He and I both agree that it gives a little burst of energy and wakes us up without the let down that those energy drinks with loads of caffeine have.
I put a packet or tablet in a glass of water, watch it dissolve and then drink it. The taste is palatable (orange). There is no rush but just a gradual feeling of being more alert and awake. I like that it has vitamins and is a natural product. Being senior citizens, sleeping night can be a problem, so this is a natural way of keeping on without the side effects.
